Orders are processed within 5 –7 business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and the selected shipping method.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed clearly before payment is completed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. SOSTA will not be liable for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect details.

In case of failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

For Cash on Delivery, customers are required to pay the full order amount upon delivery.
