Refund policy
1_Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
2-Products that show signs of use, damage, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.
3_ Exchanges are accepted only in cases of size issues or manufacturing defects.
4_ In case of a manufacturing defect, SOSTA will cover all shipping costs.
5_For returns or exchanges not related to defects, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
6_Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected, using the original payment method.
7_ Customers must contact SOSTA Customer Service before returning any item to receive approval and return instructions.
